Because each signed copy is personalized and made specifically for your order, all sales are final once a shipping label has been created. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalized books due to buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number 
• A description of the issue 
• Photos of the damaged packaging and/or book 

We'll review each situation individually and do our best to make it right, which may include sending a replacement copy or another appropriate solution.

Orders may be canceled only before a shipping label has been created. Once your order has entered the fulfillment process, it can no longer be canceled because your book is being prepared specifically for you.

If a refund is approved due to a fulfillment error or shipping damage, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
